  • Flares
  • 3 medium russet potatoes, cubed into 1 and 1/2″ chunks or shredded
  • 2 c egg substitute or 8 eggs
  • 2 c milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 c chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c chopped onion
  • 1 and 1/2 c diced ham
