  • cup of potatoes cubed to the size of your choice (keep them in water till you
  • cup of chopped onions (can increase or decrease)
  • green chili
  • tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • to ¾ tsp coriander powder
  • tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves or dried methi leaves)
  • tsp turmeric
  • tbsps oil
  • sprig curry leaves or bay leaf (optional, I use curry leaves)
  • tsp cumin / jeera
