Ingredients

  • 30 more minutes I would have got even more beautiful rolls,never mind but it was really tasty with this sauce.
  • 30 minutes+resting time
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup boiled,peeled mashed potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 3 tablespoons butter+more for brushing
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup luke warm water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3. Let the dough rest for
  • 160 C and bake the shapes rolls for
  • 25-30 minutes
  • 2. Do not add extra flour,the dough will be very sticky and soft because of potatoes and that increases the softness of bread
  • 3. You can sprinkle some white sesame seeds on top
