Ingredients

  • 3 cups (plus more) of All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tb spoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 packet (7 gram) of Active Dry Yeast
  • 1/2 cup of Vegetable or Canola Oil
  • 2 cups of Buttermilk
  • 1 Large Egg, beaten (for brushing)
  • 5 large Potatoes, quartered
  • 1 large Onion, copped
  • 1 lb of Portabello or White Button Mushrooms, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for frying
