Ingredients

  • 20 minutes
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 tablespoon thick tamarind extract
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seed
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt
  • 4. Add green chillies,curry leaves,chilli powder and turmeric powder
  • 5. Now add the mashed potatoes and salt.Mix well,add the beaten curd and tamarind extract.
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 10 minutes
  • 1. Do not use sour curd for this as it may turn the dish very tangy
