  • 250 g cottage cheese or lowfat quark | 250 g Hüttenkäse oder Magerquark
  • 1/4 cup cream | 1/4 Tasse Sahne
  • 1-2 teaspoons salt | 1-2 TL Salz
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper | 1 TL Pfeffer
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg | 1/2 TL frisch gemahlenes Muskat
