  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Milk ( I use 2%)
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Finely Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Freshly Grated
