  • 1 cup Japanese rice
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1 bunch greens (kale, collards, swiss chard, etc) cut into ribbons
  • 1/2 large red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp celtic salt (season to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 4 eggs hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium/ medium hi heat, cut kale into ribbons, slice onion, and garlic. Add kale and onions to the pan with a pinch of salt and red pepper flakes tossing to coat. Cook 2 minutes, add in garlic and another 1/
