It is a pure veg curry made using diced potatoes in onion tomato gravy. If we want the gravy to thicken, slow cook the gravy and it thickens completely
Add the tamarind extract to this and cook until it gets thick and becomes semi gravy. This is a real spicy curry with lots of spices and tamarind extract which adds more taste to the curry and by using giant prawns it makes it complete
Coming back to this curry its a simple prawncurry with ladies fingers in a coconut chilli based gravy it taste lovely with hot steamed rice and goes very well with handbreads(rice bhakri)too

In a separate pan(Without keeping it in the stove) mix the tamarind paste, along with tomatoes, green chillies and the grinded paste with water(howmuch ever you want for the gravy) and keep in the stove and let it boil until the prawns bakes well and all the masala smell goes off completely
This is typical East Indian style prawncurry which is made without the use of coconut. Devein the prawns ,wash, drain the excess water Marinate with salt &turmeric powder
The shrimp is cooked in red hot coconut gravy. PrawnsCurry is a very easy to make and a spicy mouth-watering dish that tastes the best when served with hot steamed rice
Mutton Curry is a spicy coconut based green masala gravy which goes very well with any varieties of Chapati's, dosa's, pulka's, idli's or even hot steamed rice
Finally dump in the marinated prawns, combine well with the gravy. Today am gonna share one of my favourite recipe with favourite ingredient, which is Prawn/Shrimp
