  • 1 cup raw walnut halves I used 1 cup of mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup raw pecan halves I used 1/4 cup pepita seeds and 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp brown rice syrup* 3 tablespoons honey
  • 6 tbsp gluten-free rolled oats 6 tablespoons regular oats
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2-3 tbsp Sucanat sugar* 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • Heaping 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Scant 1/4 tsp fine grain sea salt
  • freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish
