Well, this pressurecookerchicken and rice turned out better than good. And don’t worry, I know pressurecookers can be expensive, but this recipe can also be made with a slow cooker and I’ve provided those instructions right along side the pressurecooker instructions
In the pre-heated pressurecooker add oil and onion, saute until soft. Temporarily transfer chicken and cooking liquid, if any, into the foil that was used to cover it and tumble the freshly pressure cooked rice onto the platter
Now heat a pressurecooker with oil,add whole garam masala ingredients and saute for few seconds. So,this is the basic yet simple method to try for beginners specially and that too pressure cooking means which is time saving too
You can skip this browning step but I think it adds a little boost of flavor and while you won’t get crispy skin like in a traditional rotisserie chicken, it will add a bit of nice browning action on the top of the chicken
