To serve, move chicken off the bed of onions, garlic, lemon and herbs. Scatter lemon on the onion-garlic mixture and strew withthyme and rosemary sprigs
Carefully remove the chicken from the pot and put the parsley, lemon and cloves inside the chicken. I’m using my InstantPot for our little demo today but this obviously works great in a stovetop pressurecooker, too (and cooks a bit faster – details below)
