  • 2 T EVOO
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 C quartered mushrooms
  • 4 oz prosciutto, cut into strips
  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 1/4 C heavy cream
  • 1/3 C grated parmesan cheese + more for sprinkling
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 t red pepper flakes
