  • Dash of freshly ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 egg substitute
  • half a box of jiffy corn muffin mix
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Fat Free cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
