  • 1 cup Puffed Lotus Seeds (Makhana / Foxnuts)
  • 500 ml boiled Milk
  • 1/2 cup grated jaggery
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
  • raisins & cashewnuts - to garnish
