  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 cup (4 1/2 ounces) pumpernickel flour (or any rye flour you have)
  • 2 cups (9 ounces) bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon anise seeds
