Ingredients

  • Cake
  • ½ Kg pumpkin (including skin)
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp butter (for greasing the pan)
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 gr – 1 ⅓ cup crumbled queso blanco duro (hard queso blanco)
  • 100 gr – ½ cup + 1 Tbsp dried breadcrumbs
  • ¾ cups sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
