  • 1 1/4 cups pure pumpkin
  • Not pie filling
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup
  • 3 medium
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 1/4 cups nuts
  • 35 minutes or
  • 5. FROST between layers, on sides and top of cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1 pkg
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp
  • 16 oz
  • 1-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
