  • 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips, tossed with 2 tablespoons flour
  • 6 ounces 65-70% dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup
