  • 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast (I used red star)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2/3 cup warm milk of choice (I used almond)
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg (or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil)
  • 3 1/2 cups flour (I used whole wheat)
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • Filling
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
