Ingredients

  • 24 big rolls,
  • 50 small rolls
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 6-8 cups all
  • 1/3 cup butter (melted)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1. Combine water and yeast in a large bowl
  • 5. Lightly press the rolls down, then cover and allow to rise until almost doubled
