  • 6 slices of sandwich bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cream Cheese Filling
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Crumb Topping
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon butter, cut into cubes

  • Directions
  • With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese filling ingredients on medium speed until the mixture is light and fluffy--about 3 minutes. Set aside.
