  • ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric
  • 1/4 cup
  • currants, softened 10 minutes in hot water to cover
  • Easiest Pie Dough or 3 sheets frozen store-bought pie dough
  • large egg, slightly beaten
