I lean toward a few different brands of chocolate Ghirardelli (anything but white), Pernigotti (unsweetened cocoa powder), Nestle (whitechocolate and semi-sweet for chocolate chip cookies) and a few other brands

Biscoff WhiteHotChocolate is simply a whitehotchocolate spiked up with some Biscoff. The Biscoff goes amazingly well with the whitechocolate, in fact I believe this combination would be much better than the combination of milk chocolate with Biscoff
