Pumpkin Frozen White Hot Chocolate

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 13/4 cup pumpkin
  • 13 ounces white chocolate, broken into smaller pieces
  • 11 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 11/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (I used Alchemy Spice Wake & Bake Sweet Spice Blend)
  • 12 cups ice
  • 1 whipped cream, ground nutmeg, and white chocolate shavings, for garnishLayer all ingredients except for the garnish into a blender in the order listed. Blend on high speed until the ice is completely blended, stopping to stir as needed. Serve immediately with desired garnishes.
