  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ¾ cup pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • ½ cup coconut butter (room temperature)
  • 1 ½ cups date paste
  • 3 tablespoons molasses
  • ¼ cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon (or 5 tablespoons) date paste
  • ¼ cup coconut butter (room temperature)
