Ingredients

  • 1 cup garham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup cornflake crumbs
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 10 minutes. Remove and cool.For the filling:
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, plus 4 tablespoons 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 can (16 ounces) pumpkin puree
  • 1 ¼ cups half and half
  • 15-30 minutes from the time you’ve provided
