  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • ⅓ – ½ cup ice water

  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  •  
  • The glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Up to 2 teaspoons ice water, a little at a time
