ground gingerIn a heavy saucepan, combine 2 cups of milk, white chocolate, and cocoa powder. Cook over medium heat, whisking periodically, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is well combined. Whisk in the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, allspice, and ginger. Add the remaining milk, 1 cup at a time, until the desired consistency is reached. If desired, serve topped with whipped cream and a sprinkling of nutmeg. Just be sure not to fill the mugs too full before adding the whipped cream, or you might have some overflow.

You melt whitechocolate and coconut oil in the microwave and then add pumpkin and spices. Once completely melted, take out of the microwave and add the pumpkin puree, spices and the seeds of the vanilla bean, if using
It's a lot like Hot Buttered Rum (another holiday tradition), but with a pumpkinspice twist to it. When the mixture is smooth and all mixed together, turn off the burner and stir in the softenend ice cream and pumpkin pie spice
Biscoff WhiteHotChocolate is simply a whitehotchocolate spiked up with some Biscoff. The Biscoff goes amazingly well with the whitechocolate, in fact I believe this combination would be much better than the combination of milk chocolate with Biscoff
