Salt -to taste. Serve with roti/naan or any flatbread. 20-25 mins. 2-3. Potato-2,medium sized. Green peas-1\3 cup ( I have used dried green peas). Ginger-1\2 tsp( finely chopped). Garlic-1\2 tsp( finely chopped). Red onion-1. Tomato puree-1 tbsp ( or tomato sauce). Red chilly powder- 1 tsp. Coriander powder-1 tsp. Turmeric powder-1\2 tsp. Garam masala-1\2 tsp. Kasuri methi /dried fenugreek leaves-1\2 tsp. oil- 1 tbsp. Soak green peas for 6- 8 hrs ( I usually soak them in huge amount & keep it reserve in the fridge for later use). 20-25 mins
