  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 20 g brown sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 50 ml corn oil
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 85 g cake flour
  • 4 egg whites
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 30 minutes
