Ingredients

  • 2000 years and for
  • 10,000 years or
  • 2 cups
  • 1 cup cooked
  • and drained garbanzo beans
  • 1 red or yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/4 cup
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons mint
  • 1 teaspoon ground sumac
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed parsley leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 small red
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest (not traditional, but nice)
