Mix Lipton soup with 4 cups water, potatoes and carrots.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile brown the ground beef and drain.
Add ground beef and can of mushroom soup to pot and heat through for 5 more minutes.
