Ingredients

  • 3 chicken tenders is a healthy serving so add a vegetable to it as a side dish and you got one filling meal!
  • 1 lb chicken breast tenders
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs, wheat
  • 1 tsp dried tarragon
