  • 3 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 1 green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 40 g buckwheat flour
  • 60 g quinoa flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or ghee
  • 200 mls warm water
  • Extra buckwheat flour– for rolling and dusting
