Ingredients

  • 90 minutes
  • 1/2 kg
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 cups cooked brown lentils (you can use a can one too)
  • 1 cup assorted greens (optional)
  • 1 small red onion finely chopped
  • 2 piments or capsicums finely chopped
  • 2 or to taste green chillies finely chopped
  • 2 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint finely chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp fresh cilantro/coriander finely chopped
  • 1 lemon squeezed (adjust to your taste)
  • 1/3 tsp or to taste black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
