Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon real vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

  • 2 tablespoons oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 water
  • 7 ingredients for the crust. Cut the butter into thin slices and toss it around into the bowl. Using a pastry cutter or a large fork or heavy whisk, cut in the butter {mix it in by chopping at it with your utensil} until the flour mixture is crumbly. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish using a spatula or your hands.
