  • 1.5 cup Idli Rice - 1.5 cup Urad dhal - 3/4 cup Salt to taste
  • 5 cups Onion / Shallots - 1/4 cup (I prefer Shallots finely chopped)
  • Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Green chillies - 1
  • 1/4 teaspoon Bengal gram dhal -
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oil for making paniyaram
