  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup masa harina
  • corn flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried sage
  • 10 minutes
  • 400 degree oven
