  • Turkey Tetrazzini
  • 8 ounces linguine pasta, broken in half
  • 3/4 pound skinless, boneless turkey breast cut into 1/2 inch chunks
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 Tbsp thyme
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
