  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp flour

  • 4 sprigs of mint
  • small bunch of flat leaf parsley
  • 1 unwaxed orange zest
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • half of garlic clove (optional)
