Ingredients ◆ kidney beans (rajma beans )-1 bowl. {Soak rajma beans in water for 7-8 hours and boil them,}. ◆ Now add 1cup of chopped onions, turmeric 1 teaspoon, curry leaves, 2 teaspoons of ginger garlic paste and cook for two minutes. ◆ Now add 4 tablespoons of onion paste and cook till raw smell escapes out,then add 1cup of tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes. ◆ Then n add 1 tablespoon of tamarind paste, 2 tablespoons of chilli powder, enough salt, 1 cup of water and cook for 2 minutes,. ◆ Now transfer the above boiled rajma beans, mash 2 tablespoons of rajma beans and add to it get consistency. ◆ Cook for 2 minutes and add 1 teaspoon of garam masala, garnish with coriander leaves and put off the flame. 1cup of chopped onions, turmeric 1 teaspoon, curry leaves, 2 teaspoons of ginger garlic paste and cook for two minutes. 4 tablespoons of onion paste and cook till raw smell escapes out,then add 1cup of tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes
