Ingredients

  • 50 minutes
  • 1 and 1/2 cup rajma (kidney beans), soaked overnight;
  • 2 onions, grated;
  • 4 tomatoes, pureed;
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste;
  • 1 -2 green chillies, chopped (as per taste);
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder;
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder;
  • 1 tsp cumin powder;
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder;
  • 1 tsp garam masala;
  • 5 cups of water;
  • salt;
  • oil.
