  • 20 g butter
  • 600 g fresh raspberries
  • 150 g raspberry jam
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 20 minutes
  • 80 g avelãs raladas
  • 120 g manteiga
  • 120 g açúcar em pó
  • 1 ovo
  • 120 g chocolate
  • 200 ml natas para culinária
  • 280 ml natas para bater, batidas em Chantilly ligeiro
  • 100 g chocolate
  • 20 g manteiga
  • 150 g doce de framboesa
