  • 1 C dates or more
  • 250 ml Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 C sweetener
  • 1/2 C xylitol & 1/2C honey)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
