Ingredients

  • 12 muffin size
  • d cups
  • ½ cup macadamia nuts
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup pecans
  • ½ cup dates
  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 3 cups cashews (soaked overnight)
  • ½ cup date paste
  • ½ cup coconut palm sugar (plus a little extra for topping)
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • ¾ cup room temp almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ¾ cup coconut oil (optional for consistency)
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon
  • a dash of Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk (placed in refrigerator overnight, or you can buy actual coconut cream)
  • the seeds from one vanilla bean
  • 1 tablespoon date paste (can also use maple syrup or coconut palm sugar)
