Ingredients

  • 1 serving PREPARATION:
  • 4. Add other spices for flavor
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder or 1/3 of small white onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, chopped, finely
  • 3 teaspoons miso (white) unpasteurized/ live (I use Cold Mountain Miso which uses non-GMO & unpasteurized miso or Raw Guru Organic Miso/)
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (I put 1/2 of 1/4 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3-5 tsp salt to taste
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup warm water
