10-12 curry
leaves
2 tablespoons
shredded coconut
A pinch of sugar
Salt
Oil to temper
Method
1. Peel
and chop the jackfruit into bite size cubes.Bring a large pot of water to boil.Add cut jackfruit cubes,salt and turmeric powder.Cover and cook till the pieces are soft.Drain and set aside.
