Ingredients

  • Crust (I didn’t make the crust, but I am sure it would be amazing!!)
  • 1 cup almonds, soaked overnight
  • 7 or 8 dates 1 tsp vanilla powder or extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 cups raw cashews, soaked 2 hours 1/3 cup coconut oil, warmed
  • 1/3 cup raw honey (I used 2 packets Truvia)
  • 2 lemons, juiced (I used 1/4 cup lemon juice)
  • 1 tsp lavender (I left out)
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder ( I used Vanilla extract)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt ( I only used about an 1/8th of a teaspoon)
  • 3 cups frozen or fresh blueberries ( I used mixed berries)
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (1 packet Truvia)
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tsp potato starch mixed in 2 tbsp water (I used 1 tablespoon chia and 1 tablespoon psyllium husks)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
