Seasonwithsaltand pepper and serve at once. Drizzle the mushrooms with oil. Preheat oven to 200C (180C fanforced). Arrange mushrooms andham in a 27cm x 17cm (basemeasurement) ovenproof dish. Bakefor 10 minutes. Sprinkle mushrooms withcheeseandbakefor 5 minutes more. Carefullycrack eggs onto the hamandbakefor 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted and eggs cooked to your liking. 4 (130 g) mushrooms (flat well opened). 200 g ham (finely sliced or salami, hot if you like bite). 3/4 cup cheddarcheese (tastycoarselygrated). 4 eggs (large)
