  • 500 grams of pork
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 jalapeno 1 handful coriander, fresh
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • black pepper and sea salt flakes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
